There are plenty of B&Bs, self-catering cottages, hotels and campsites in and around Aberystwyth, many of them within walking distance of the campus. If you stay offsite, you’ll need to book your own accommodation, and buy an Event Pass. The Event Pass will allow you access to all the main meetings of the conference.
You can also purchase event passes during the conference, but they are subject to availability.
HOTELS and B&Bs
Hotel rooms start from just £50 per person per night (based on two people sharing), and several offer sea views (including the Premier Inn).
SELF-CATERING
Basic self-catering accommodation might cost as little as £150 per person for the week, although £200 per person is more typical. You can choose from holiday chalets, harbour side flats, townhouses, or cottages in the country.
CAMPSITES
There are more than a dozen camping and caravan sites close to Aberystwyth, for a variety of budgets. Prices for tents start from around £20 per night and touring caravans from £40 per night.

A Week Pass will give you full access to all conference events and meetings throughout the week.

A Day Pass will give you full access to all conference events and meetings on a particular day.

Event Passes – Single Meeting
A Single Meeting Pass will give you only give you access to one meeting at a conference (please note you will not be able to take part in fellowship groups, mission exhibition etc).

- Family* (1 parent) – £15
*Children in a family group must be related to, adopted, or looked after by all the adults in the group, and must be aged 5-17. Any other children will be charged the child rate. Children under 5 attend for free.
