There are plenty of B&Bs, self-catering cottages, hotels and campsites in and around Aberystwyth, many of them within walking distance of the campus. If you stay offsite, you’ll need to book your own accommodation, and buy an Event Pass. The Event Pass will allow you access to all the main meetings of the conference.

HOTELS and B&Bs
Hotel rooms start from just £40 per person per night (based on two people sharing), and several offer sea views (including the Premier Inn).
SELF-CATERING
Basic self-catering accommodation might cost as little as £100 per person for the week, although £150 per person is more typical. You can choose from holiday chalets, harbour side flats, townhouses, or cottages in the country.
CAMPSITES
There are more than a dozen camping and caravan sites close to Aberystwyth, for a variety of budgets. Prices for tents start from around £10 per night and touring caravans from £20 per night.
