The EMW have been running camps for over seventy years – and we continue to be committed to provide the best week of the year for children and young people in Wales. We hope that you’ll find all the information that you need within these pages, but if you have any other questions please don’t hesitate to contact us.
Whichever camp you go on, you’re sure to make new friends, do new and amazing things, and most important of all, hear about Jesus and His love for you.
2020 CampsLite – our online Camps
Ok, we know we can never recreate the full experience of a normal EMW camp online … but we’re going to give it a shot with EMW CampsLite!
Join us this August for two weeks of online talks, Bible studies, interviews, funny videos, challenges and more. Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday we’ll be releasing new videos at 9.00am and 4.00pm that will keep you entertained and teach you more about Jesus.
The two weeks are either side of the AberLite (English Conference), and we know that they’ve got plenty of great content planned for youth too – so August is really going to be a treat!
Monday, 3rd August, 9am – Welcome to CampsLite 2020!
Monday, 3rd August, 4pm – Bible Study, Question of the Day, Testimony
Wednesday, 5th August, 9am – Talk of the Day, Challenge of the Day, and so much more!
Wednesday, 5th August, 4pm – Bible Study, Question of the Day, Testimony
Friday, 7th August, 9am – Talk of the Day, Challenge(s) of the Day, and so much more!
Friday, 7th August, 4pm – Bible Study, Why has God allowed the pandemic, and Testimony of the Day!
Please make sure that you have your parents permission to view the videos, and please follow the rules of the social media platforms we’re using.
It’s gutting that we can’t see you this year at one of our camps this year – but we know that we’re going to have a great time online – so why not join us?
Sending stuff to us
Have you attempted to complete the Challenge of the Day? Do you have a Question for our officers? Send them all in to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please make sure you have a parent/guardian’s permission to send anything in to us, and keep an eye out on the videos to see if your challenge attempt or question makes an appearance!
The best attempts at our challenges will receive a £10 Gift Voucher to spend in the EMW Camps Bookstore!

Information about EMW camps for parents and guardians
Hundreds of children attend an EMW camp every year and as a Christian Organisation and UK Registered Charity we’re committed to be transparent and open about the camps. It’s vitally important to us that parents understand the nature, content and the steps we take to ensure safety at our camps. We have put together this section to answer some of the common questions we receive. [more information]
Discounts, Terms and Conditions and other information
We want to make camps as accessible as we can for as many children as we can. We have a fund (called the Aunt Bessie Fund) that can help with costs and sibling discounts. Find the information including all the terms and conditions on this page.
