Volunteer Van Drivers Needed
We are looking for one or two volunteers to help transport equipment between our summer events. A hired van will be provided, and all expenses, including fuel and van hire, will be covered.
Saturday evening/Sunday, 8–9 August
Transport: Eisteddfod Mission equipment from Cardigan to Bala.
Schedule:
- Pick up the hired van on Saturday morning (collection point can be flexible).
Arrive in Cardigan by 5:00pm on Saturday.
Transport the equipment to Bala either on Saturday evening or Sunday.
Return the van on Monday morning.
Friday, 21 August
Transport: Aber Conference equipment from Aberystwyth to Bala.
Schedule:
- Pick up the hired van on Friday morning.
Collect the equipment in Aberystwyth at 5:00pm.
Transport it to Bala.
Return the van on Saturday morning.
