At Libanus Evangelical Church, Swansea, Saturday 21st April
We are very grateful to God for previous conferences, and we hope that you will be able to attend in 2018. Our speaker, David Donegani, is an elder in Holywell Church, Loughborough, helps his wife give 24 hour care to their two adult children who were born with a rare, degenerative genetic condition.
We will also be joined by Jennifer Bute, a GP who took early retirement because of the early onset of Alzheimer’s Disease. Speaking from real life personal experience, they will be exploring our theme “Who cares? Caring for folks with special needs and loving those who care”.
As usual, tea and coffee will be provided, and a bookstall will have great books and resources for you to buy. Please bring your own lunch if you would like to stay on after 1pm for fellowship over food.
The conference is free of charge, but an offering box will be available on the day if you would like to make a donation to help cover costs.
We would be grateful if you could put this date in your church diary and make the ladies in your fellowship aware of it. In the new year, we will send you a poster to display in your church.
Please do pray for the conference and for David and Jennifer in their preparation.
Please visit www.libanuschurch.com if you need directions to the church. If you have any questions or require more posters or invitations, please do get in touch by email: office@emw.org.uk or telephone the EMW office on: 01656 655886.
