Friday @Aber26

I appeal to you therefore, brothers, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to God, which is your spiritual worship. Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind.
Romans 12:1–2

Good Morning

Today is our last day of the conference, and we have been so blessed throughout the week. We have experienced something of what Phil shared with us yesterday: God is so kind to us, even though we are unworthy. We have listened to his Word faithfully preached, sung his praises, enjoyed fellowship with brothers and sisters, and spent time together in God’s beautiful creation under glorious sunshine.

As we come to the end of the conference, it is only right that we ask ourselves: How are we going to respond to such kindness?

The devil would be quite content for us to return home to our normal lives with little changed. Yet surely our Lord deserves more. Please join us in praying that God would fan the flame in our hearts, so that we return home changed and renewed—with a deeper love for the Lord, a greater desire to live for him, and a renewed determination to make him known.

Though we deserve nothing, we have been given so much. May we offer ourselves afresh to the One who has given everything for us, and who alone deserves all the praise and glory.

May you know the Lord’s blessing today.
