Aber Conference 2021 Bookings Open today (Monday 28 June at 10.00 am)

On behalf of the EMW, I would like to invite you to join us for Aber Lite 2021.

The Lord has taught us all many lessons through the last eighteen months. For the Aber Organising Committee these have included being flexible and using whatever opportunities our God of providence opens up for us. Last year that meant running a completely online conference; this year we are able to have limited numbers gathering together according to the Covid Rules that will be in place in August. We are planning to take the Aber conference “on tour” around Wales. Our main speaker will be Dr Sinclair B.Ferguson. He will, God willing, be preaching three times in three venues in Wales during the usual Aber week, which this year falls during the week beginning 8th August. Three evening services are planned for Tuesday 10th, Wednesday 11th and Thursday 12th August in South, Mid and North Wales respectively. Details are below.

We invite you to join us either in person or online, as all services will be live streamed. Please join with us in prayer that the Lord will meet us through His Word this Summer.

Speaker

Dr. Sinclair B. Ferguson returned to his native Scotland in 2013 after retiring as Senior Minister of First Presbyterian Church in Columbia, South Carolina. Prior to this, he served the Lord in Church of Scotland congregations in Unst (Shetland) and Glasgow (St. George’s Tron). He served for many years as Charles Krahe Professor of Systematic Theology at Westminster Theological Seminary, where he continues to teach, and is also a Chancellor’s Professor at Reformed Theological Seminary and a Teaching Fellow with Ligonier Ministries. In addition to being author of several books, he continues to preach God’s Word in churches and at conferences. Sinclair and his wife Dorothy have three sons and a daughter and twelve grandchildren.
