Aber 26 – Mission Unstoppable

You are warmly invited to the 2026 Aber Conference

We would love you to join us in Aberystwyth for the 2026 Aber Conference, taking place 8–15 August. Please save the dates!
Conference bookings open at 10.00am on Saturday 24 January, and we encourage you to book early.

We are delighted to welcome Phil Swann, Pastor of Llanelli Free Evangelical Church and Pastoral Director of EMW, as our main speaker for the week. Phil will be speaking on the theme:

Mission Unstoppable: The glory of God in the worship and witness of His church

Alongside Phil, we look forward to hearing from a range of other speakers, including Ed Collier, Alun Ebenezer, Rhodri Brady, Andrew Norbury, John Brand, Rico Tice, and Huw Williams.

A conference for every stage of life

Our programme is designed to serve and encourage people of all ages:

  • Extra Time – for 16–22-year-olds

  • Take Time – for those in their twenties and thirties

  • Time Out – for those in middle age

  • Prime Time – for those in the prime of life

From young to old, everyone will receive a warm welcome. The week also includes workshops, a Mission Exhibition, and prayer meetings as we seek God’s blessing together.

Children and young people

Your children will love our clubs! Whether it’s their first time or they’ve been coming for years, they’ll make new friends, enjoy fun and age-appropriate Bible teaching, and take part in games and quizzes:

  • Tiny Tots (6 months–4 years)

  • Mini Marvels (4–7 years)

  • Holiday Heroes (7–11 years)

  • JAber (11–15 years)

Accommodation and booking

The conference is held on the Aberystwyth University campus, where you can choose from modern, comfortable, self-catering student accommodation. All halls are within walking distance of the main meetings and have ample parking. You can cook for yourself or enjoy meals at the university Food Hall.

We offer adult, child, family, and youth options, with prices covering the whole week and including entry to all main conference meetings. Many prices have been frozen from last year, so please visit the website for full details.

Alternatively, you may prefer to stay off campus. Aberystwyth offers a wide range of B&Bs, hotels, self-catering accommodation, and campsites, many within walking distance. If staying offsite, an Event Pass can be purchased from the EMW website for individuals or families.

For full information and to book your place, please visit the website.

We hope you’ll be able to join us for a rich and refreshing week together.

Warm regards,
James Allan
