Just a warm invitation to come to tomorrow’s Team Talk at 12.30pm. We have Jonathan Thomas who pastors Cornerstone Church in Abergavenny and he is going to take us through a brief review of Julian Hardyman’s new book, ‘Jesus lover of my soul’. If you have not come across this book yet this will be a great way to be introduced to what is a very heart warming and encouraging read. It is good to see more books coming out that are about experiential Christianity and I am sure Jonathan will do a fine job summarising it for us tomorrow.

January and February are often a struggle in ministry and it seems this year is doubly difficult. It is easy to feel lonely and a little down. Perhaps in the light of this we need opportunities like Team Talk where we can get together for an hour and support and pray for each other as Church leaders. There are very real challenges that we are facing but at the same time there are some great opportunities too, and meeting up with other leaders can sometimes bring the positives more into focus. So if you are a Church Leader and are able to drop in for an hour tomorrow (feel free to bring your lunch) then we look forward to seeing you and giving you a warm welcome at Team Talk.
