Dear Friend,
Thank you for your booking for ‘Washing their feet – Leading like our Lord’ at Colwyn Bay on Saturday, 21 January.
A place has been kept for you and your fellow leaders, and we look forward to seeing you in Colwyn Bay. We are very grateful for all the men who have agreed to come and speak at this year’s conference and we are praying for God’s blessing on the whole day. Please join us in praying for the conference – we are very aware that in everything we are dependent on God.
This email will give you some details about the conference and hopefully answer any questions you may have.
Programme – For a copy of the full programme and seminar options please visit the website www.emw.org.uk/leaders
Location – The Interchange (home of Sure Hope church) is just off junction 22 of the A55 on Abergele Road, Old Colwyn. The post code is LL29 9YF (for those wishing to use a sat nav or route planner). There are ample parking spaces at the centre and on the roads behind the centre. The booking in desk will be situated in the main foyer of the centre.
Arrival – The conference centre will be open from 9.30 onwards. Checking in will be from 10, and the first session will start at 10.30.
Refreshments and Lunch – There is a cafe situated at the centre that will be serving drinks throughout the day. It is advised that you bring your own lunch, however there are a number of shops and food outlets close to the centre.
Payment – If you have not already paid for the conference you may pay at the conference (bring a cheque or card).
Invoicing and receipts – Receipts will be provided at the conference upon arrival.

Bookshop – There will be a bookshop at the conference.
Departure – The conference will finish at 4.00.
