Every August hundreds of Christian gather in Aberystwyth for the EMW’s Annual Conference – a week of Bible teaching surrounded by the beauty of Cardigan Bay and the hills of Mid Wales.
Children are well-cared for with special Bible-based meetings for 5-11 year olds and 11-14 year olds which take place during the morning conference addresses. A crèche is also provided for children over 1, and under 5 years of age.
There’s also plenty for young people. extratime is a seven day programme of meetings, seminars, Bible-teaching and activities for 15-25 year olds, all carefully arranged to complement the main preaching programme. A detailed programme of extratime events will be available soon. A lunch, barbecue and sports tournament are also arranged.
A programme of meetings and activities designed and specifically aimed at 25s and over. A missions exhibition is open each afternoon (Tuesday-Friday) with around 30 exhibitors taking part. The EMW bookshop has many excellent books at discounted prices.
We meet in 2010 between 7th and 14th of August, and full details will be available shortly. The main preaching will be Dale Ralph Davis from Mississipi. Ralph is the author of a number of well-loved commentaries on many of the Old Testament historical books.
