The EMW bookshop at Bridgend is located some distance from the town centre. It is situated next to the EMW HQ and office and WEST (formerly Evangelical Theological College of Wales). Use the google map to give you clear directions.
The out of town location gives the Bridgend shop the advantage of free and close parking, however during busy college term times you may be forced to double park!
Why Bother?
You might ask “Why should I bother to pay this excellent bookshop and coffee lounge a visit?” The reasons are as simple as A B C or rather C B A.
C for Choice
Because the shop is situated next to a Theological College it stocks a good selection of commentaries and other theological books.
B is for Bargains
There is always something on offer. At the moment we have our half price Winter Sale in full swing, apart from Commentaries and Bibles we also have over 100 different books titles and about 100 CDs in our sale.
A is for Add-Ons
The shop also has a well appointed coffee lounge and an expanding second hand section. CD and DVD players are available for those who want to listen or watch before they buy…or just want to listen or watch!
Times and Seasons
The shop is open 9 till 5 Monday through Friday and from 10 till 3 on Saturdays and is not closed at lunch times. If you would like to arrange for your church to visit the shop one evening, this can be arranged. We are closed on bank holidays but from time to time we run special events which we will keep you posted about.
In the meantime we will keep a welcome on the hillside.
